Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize store performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including fuel sales and convenience store services.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in retail management (fuel station experience preferred).
- Education: Relevant qualification in business, retail, or management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
